We are happy to accept returns for up to 30 days following order receipt. In order to receive a full refund an item must be return undamaged with all original accessories and factory packaging. If my order arrives damaged or with a defect, what do I do?
Even with the strictest quality control and the sturdiest packaging materials available, we realize that it is possible for an item to be damaged in transit or to arrive with an unforeseen defect. Although actual cases are extremely rare, we follow an established process for dealing with each instance in a proactive and friendly manner.
If you find that there is absolutely anything wrong with your order please contact us right away, preferably within three days of receipt (weekends not included). In the event that an exchange or return is required, RiotSound will pay for you to ship the item back to our New Jersey warehouse. We do not ask our customers to pay for return shipping and we do not collect re-stocking fees.
