Shipping Policy

1. Shipping : SHIPPING VIA USPS – FEDEX – UPS

2. Special Delivery and Handling expenses are the Buyers obligation unless you are using our standard shipping option which is FREE Shipping ( Free Shipping only available with domestic Shipments)

3. S & H expenses are not refundable.

4. We deliver all packages by means of FedEx / USPS / UPS

5. Free Shipping within the US

6. Signature required on shipments over $100

7. Orders before 12PM will be shipped the same day.

8. All orders after business hours , weekends & holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

9. Expected Domestic delivery within 1-4 business days of order.

10. Expected International Delivery 3-7 business days

12. If special delivery instructions are required for your mail carrier ie. Fed Ex ,UPS and or USPS, Please leave a note during checkout in the area labeled (note or message) do not send your request in a separate email. ( No notes or comments will be acknowledged via telephone or via Email )

Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns for up to 30 days following order receipt. In order to receive a full refund an item must be return undamaged with all original accessories and factory packaging. Please make sure to contact us first before sending any item back. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is here to assist you. If my order arrives damaged or with a defect, what do I do?

Even with the strictest quality control and the sturdiest packaging materials available, we realize that it is possible for an item to be damaged in transit or to arrive with an unforeseen defect. Although actual cases are extremely rare, we follow an established process for dealing with each instance in a proactive and friendly manner.

If you find that there is absolutely anything wrong with your order please contact us right away, preferably within three days of receipt (weekends not included). In the event that an exchange or return is required, RiotSound will pay for you to ship the item back to our New Jersey warehouse. We do not ask our customers to pay for return shipping however restocking fee may apply.

Q: Does my order ship right away?
A: Most orders ship within 24 hours from the time your payment is received. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a notification email from Amazon that will also include your tracking information.
Q: Where does my order ship from?
A: Your order will ship from our facility in Northern New Jersey.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping services?
A: Yes we do. We would be happy to gift wrap any item as well as attach a personalized message. We use only premium quality wrapping paper to make sure your gift looks exactly as you intended when it arrives to its recipient.
Q: My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

Q: Does RiotSound have a retail location where I can browse your selection in person or stop by to pick up my order?
A: Yes, we have a shop in Hampton Township, New Jersey. Our address is 17 Hampton House Rd Suite 15, Hampton Township, NJ 07860. We are in the shopping center next to the Modells and Bed Bath & Beyond.
Q: What does the On It’s Way Order Now Button mean ?
A: This button means that we are currently awaiting the shipment from that manufacturer for The product you are ordering in route from their warehouse . Once it arrives we will ship it Out to you the same day it arrives .
Q: What is the Make Offer Button?
A: The Make Offer button allows you to Make a reasonable offer for the product you are interested in purchasing. Once you make an offer we will receive an email with your offer and our sales team will see if we can give you the item at your offer price. Expected time for response is usually within 24 hours of request.
Q: What is the " On The Way " Order Now Button ?
A: The " On The Way " Order Now Button is to let you know that the item has already been ordered and the shipment is in route from our distributor. All this means is that instead of you receiving your item within 2-3 days you will receive your item in 4-5 days instead.
