Alex Shtaerman – President Alex founded RiotSound in 2003 shortly after earning his MBA from the Penn State University Smeal School of Business.

Layla Amini – Marketing Maven Based between London and NYC, Layla handles a variety of marketing duties, both orthodox and unorthodox in nature. Outside of RiotSound Layla is an accomplished singer / songwriter, formerly signed to RCA / BMG. Layla is presently writing and recording new material slated to be released under her new indie label venture.
